Yolanda Arencibia is the Closing Coordinator for the Firm. While working with Giacomo, Yolanda handles all aspects of a real estate closing, from the intake of the file through the final disbursement and issuance of the policy. Just like the lawyers at the Firm, Yolanda undergoes severe training and attends yearly seminars in the industry, to ensure that her skills are always sharp and that she is on top of the game. Yolanda provides services to individuals, investors, and banks, and has received nothing but compliments for all of them. Yolanda is also the paralegal assigned to evictions and foreclosure matters. She has over five years of experience working in the real estate legal industry, but she has over a decade of experience working with tenants and homeowners within condominium association. At times, Yolanda is the go-to person within the firm to solve a practical problem that a client has with respect to a closing, an eviction, or a foreclosure.
